People who come to me are often high-functioning and a little stuck. Ambitious and a little burned out. Capable of more and not quite sure what's in the way.
Some have a specific thing on their mind: a career question, a wellness goal, a challenge they want to pursue, a decision they can't seem to make.
But spend an hour going deeper, and you realize the career question is tangled up with identity. The wellness goal is connected to stress and schedule. The decision they can't make is really about values they haven't named yet. That's where real coaching lives.
